When free service does not apply

| Harsh storage | Damage caused by prolonged storage in unsuitable environments. |
| Cosmetic wear | Natural staining, surface marks and ordinary wear from use. |

Approved warranty repairs: repair is free and the repaired product is shipped back at no cost. Pack the device securely with its accessories, following the support team’s instructions.
A repair does not restart or extend the original product-specific warranty period.
Local laws may provide additional rights or different warranty requirements; this limited warranty does not limit those statutory rights.
Other manufacturers or suppliers may offer separate warranties. Contact the relevant provider for those terms.
